The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has a toll-free hotline set up to deal with DTV issues and questions.

If you haven't switched already, act now.

New DTV Call Center hours effective 6/20:

Daily - 8 AM to Midnight EST.

DTV Converter Box In-Home Installation Program:

 
If you watch free over-the-air TV with a broadcast antenna and don't have a digital TV, you'll have to get a digital-to-analog converter box and install it to your analog TV.

The FCC contracted INSTALLS inc in California to provide in-home assistance and converter box installations at no charge in order for you to continue receiving your signals after the transition.

On June 12, 2009, federal law required that all full-power television broadcast stations stop broadcasting in analog format and broadcast only in digital format. This means that after that date all TV sets not equipped with digital tuners will no longer be able to receive programming through rooftop or rabbit-ear antennas.
